As you may have seen the compost program is moving along, and both Intake bins are open. We are ready to host a general garden work party this Thursday evening.

Please meet when you can at or after 5:30...until 7pm. We hope to have individuals at both bins. It will be more about organizing the areas and less about processing the material. But one task we ALWAYS have available is to filter the final material over a screen on a wheelbarrow or a garden plot. Anyone at any size, capability or status can do this! If we can have gardeners do this simple task for 45 minutes a week we will have new material more often. Because of how the material was chopped and processed, we have received many compliments on the new material.

Come by for 45 minutes or 2 hours. We do need your help with many lighter tasks that anyone who gardens can complete. We will move the alder and clean out the area around the bins, move some material in the bins, weed and
